Sydney basin — western market gardens at Parramatta, the Harbour foreshore, and the brand-new Sydney Harbour Bridge (opened March 1932, weeks before the real Emu War).

The history behind it
The Harbour Bridge opening was already crashed once in 1932, when Francis de Groot rode up and slashed the ribbon with a sword before the Premier could. The army is grimly determined it will not be upstaged at its own bridge twice. It is upstaged at its own bridge twice.

Parramatta Market Gardens
Supply depot · Defence tier 3
The city's larder, defended by Rifleman Lines and Cavalry Patrols on the tram reserves. Enormous Food, but every cabbage pecked raises the Alert — the greengrocers have telephones.
Paddington Victoria Barracks
Supply depot · Defence tier 4
The army's own supply yard: Truck-Mounted Lewises mustering in the parade ground, a Sandbag Officer bellowing drill. Capturing it drops a handsome Scrap haul — it is, after all, made of army.
Garden Island Searchlight Battery
Artillery battery · Defence tier 4
Naval Searchlight Towers sweeping the foreshore, feeding +50% fire rate to wharf Lewis Gun Posts. Slip between wool bales to break the beams, or spend rocks on lamps for the fireworks.
Harbour Bridge Toll Plaza
Telegraph station · Defence tier 5
The set piece: fight up the bridge deck itself — a single long lane with Field Artillery shadows falling, a Biplane strafing the span, and an Armoured Car at the pylons. Optional comedy objective: cut the replacement ceremonial ribbon before capturing.
