The Swan Valley Vintage
Swan Valley, just northeast of Perth — flat river-plain vineyards along the Swan River, gravel lanes between trellis rows, homestead wineries and the Guildford rail line at the southern edge.

The history behind it
The Swan Valley's river-plain gardens and the Guildford rail line fed Perth in 1932 — every market cart and grain wagon into the capital rolled through here. The newsreel declares the valley 'the capital's larder' the same week the mob discovers it, and the army is ordered to keep Perth's breakfast moving 'at any cost to dignity.'

Houghton Trellis Line

Winery homestead ringed by barbed-wire-strung trellis rows that funnel the swarm up the gravel drive toward a Rifleman Line on the veranda. Grape bins inside are a food jackpot.
Guildford Rail Siding
Rail siding · Defence tier 2
Vintage-shipment siding with stacked barrels for cover. One Lewis Gun Post on a flatcar sweeps the yard; a Sandbag Officer hides behind the stationmaster's hut speeding its reloads.
The Press House
Telegraph station · Defence tier 2
Central wine press and cellar, sandbagged as a supply depot. Rifleman Line plus a Truck-Mounted Lewis that circles the crush pad — peck its tyres among the vats. Capturing it triggers a purple-footprint newsreel gag.
